I am young, and I am planning to become successful in life. I need some really good money tips?

I would like to start saving alot of money. I work on saturday mornings as a referee and usually bring home about 30 dollars. I have been doing so for a few months and so far I have saved 120 dollars. I want to make and save more money. can you suggest really good tips on this or possibly a way I can earn some fast cash? I was possibly thinking about buying and reselling products online. What do you think?
